Healthy Ingredients - Vitamin A & C
Apples can improve problems associated with poor eyesight as a result of their generous Vitamin A and C content. These specific nutrients have been shown to be helpful in the prevention of night blindness. Apples consist of antioxidants and potent phytonutrients that play a vital role in protecting the eyes from harmful free radicals. For this reason, they may help in the prevention of the onset of age related vision disorders such as Macular Degeneration, Glaucoma and Cataracts.
