Each beneficiary is entitled to:

CONSULTATION

1x Composite consultation per beneficiary, which is 80% of medical aid rates.

LENSES AND CONTACT LENSES

R 1 260 per member at an 80% of medical aid rates and for the family, it is R 2 520 per family, at a 80% of medical aid rates.

FRAMES (included in annual optical limit)

1x frame per Beneficiary per annum, which is R525 per frame per beneficiary. Refractive Surgery is 80% the medical aid rates subject to Optical Benefit limit.
