• One pair of clear standard lenses: Either Single Vision or Bifocal lenses Aquity Multifocal lense

• A PPN Frame to the value of R150.00 OR R750.00 towards an alternative Frame and or lens enhancement

OR

• Contact lenses to the value of R 1 510.00

Dimension Prime 1

No optical benefit available on this option

PPN clears and forwards the claim to Medical aid for tax purpose

Member will not pay more than the Negotiated PPN 2 tariff at an IN NETWORK provider

The PPN tariff is up to 77% lower than the industry tariff

Each beneficiary is entitled to the following benefits within a two year benefit cycle from their last claiming date.

• A PPN Frame of R150.00 OR R200.00 towards an alternative Frame and or Lens enhancement

OR

• Contact lenses up to R 950.00 at an IN NETWORK  provider

• No Contact lens limit available at an OUT of NETWORK provider

Each beneficiary is entitled to the following benefits within a 2 year benefit cycle subject to the last claiming date.
