The optometry benefit covers you for an eye test every 12 months and you are allowed one set of glasses every 24 months with frames which have a grey colour value code.

Boost day to day or Comprehensive plan has the option of glasses and a frame once every 24 months, OR contact lenses (4 packages in a 24 month cycle to the value of R350 per pack)

Please note: The benefit is only effective 12 months after inception of the plan, unless otherwise agreed.
