One Comprehensive Consultation

• One pair of clear standard lenses: Either Single Vision or Bifocal lenses or Multifocal lenses
• PPN Frame or Frame benefit: Subject to PMA/Savings
• Add ons: Subject to PMA/Savings
• 2 x ReadyMade Readers at R80 per pair (Part of Spectacle Lens benefit)

OR

• Contact lenses: R 1395.00 per beneficiary per year
• One Contact Lens Re-examination

Traditional Plan

One Comprehensive Consultation

• One pair of clear standard lenses: Either Single Vision or clear Aquity Bifocal lenses or clear Aquity Multifocal lenses
• PPN Frame OR Frame and add on benefit: R 800.00
• 2 x ReadyMade Readers at R80 per pair (Part of Spectacle Lens benefit)

OR

• Contact lenses: R1260.00 per beneficiary per year
• One contact lens re-examination
